Quick and easy dessert recipe inspired by the season.
- 4 washed, halved, and cored Bartlett Pears.
- 1 tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- Place the pear halves on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and walnuts.
- Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 minutes, checking if they softened with a fork. You can leave them baking for 5 extra minutes if necessary.
- Serve with df gf ice cream, whipped cream, or just plain.
