Fig Jam Cheesecake Snacks
- 12 ripe figs, washed and de-stemmed
- Organic GF rice cakes
- 1 small cup of DF GF Coconut Milk Yogurt
- In a small pot, add a half cup of water, and simmer the figs for 30 minutes on low, stirring until it is thick.
- When the fig jam is cooled, set out a few rice cakes and top with yogurt.
- Generously top with the fig jam and serve.
