Fig Jam Cheesecake Snacks


  • 12 ripe figs, washed and de-stemmed
  • Organic GF rice cakes
  • 1 small cup of DF GF Coconut Milk Yogurt


  1. In a small pot, add a half cup of water, and simmer the figs for 30 minutes on low, stirring until it is thick.
  2. When the fig jam is cooled, set out a few rice cakes and top with yogurt.
  3. Generously top with the fig jam and serve.
